Terms governing use of the Wise Platform website and engagement of our application audit services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing https://wise-platform.digital or commissioning an application audit from Wise Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

2. Who we are

3. Services described on this site

Pages describing audits, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written estimate or engagement letter. Website forms request estimates; they do not create a contract by themselves.

Our application audits examine completeness and alignment of contract approval applications against stated criteria. They are not legal advice, legal opinions, or substitutes for counsel admitted in South Korea.

5. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and graphics belong to Wise Platform or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Findings memos issued to clients belong to the client upon full payment, subject to our retention of working papers.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to transmit malware, scrape content at scale, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false identity information in estimate requests.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wise Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter, and otherwise to fees paid for the specific audit giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Incheon shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
