The sponsor delayed the sitting by one week, corrected both items, and asked for a short committee briefing. The briefing rehearsed answers on residual early-termination risk that the finance member was expected to raise. The application passed with one condition recorded in the minutes — a follow-up certificate within thirty days — rather than a return of the entire pack.
Extended story: rejected facilities letter
A Seoul office of a regional contractor received a rejection citing “incomplete security package.” The notice named three documents; the revised binder quietly dropped a fourth schedule while adding the three. Our remediation review caught the dropped schedule before resubmission. The sponsor’s mild frustration — that the original notice had been vague — was noted in our cover letter as a clarifying question for the clerk, not as an argument. The second sitting accepted the pack.
