On-site document rooms versus remote transfer
When packs cannot leave the premises, the audit still proceeds — with a different handoff ritual.
Some clients allow secure file transfer. Others require every page to stay inside their Yeonsu or Seoul premises. Both paths support an application audit; the calendar and staffing change.
Remote transfer
We freeze the file set on receipt and review from our desk. Clarification questions go by email to the named sponsor. Turnaround is usually faster because two readers can work without travel.
On-site reading
A reviewer attends with a pre-agreed checklist and works in a room you provide. Copies do not leave. Findings are typed on-site or dictated into a memo drafted after exit, depending on your security rules. Travel time for the Incheon–Seoul corridor is built into the estimate.
Choosing
If the pack is mostly administrative certificates, remote transfer is enough. If the binder includes sealed bids or personal data your policy will not transmit, book on-site days early — reviewer calendars fill around month-end sitting clusters.
Mention the constraint in your estimate request so we do not quote a remote timeline for an on-site pack.
