Why we exist

Contract approval applications often stall for clerical reasons: an expired insurance certificate, a schedule that no longer matches the cover sheet, or an annex referenced but never attached. Sponsors lose sitting dates. We started as a small desk that read those packs before they reached the stamp clerk — and stayed with that craft.

Origin

The practice opened near Central-ro in Yeonsu after several years reviewing internal control documentation for mid-size trading and logistics firms around Incheon Port. Clients asked for a quieter service: not an opinion on whether a deal was wise, but a careful reading of whether the application was ready for the approval route their own rules required.

How we work

Two readers examine each full audit. One owns the checklist and annex set; the other owns the commercial schedule against the applicable approval thresholds. Findings are reconciled in a single memo. We write in concrete page references, not slogans. When a pack is genuinely incomplete, we say so early rather than padding a report.
